The Malabe Campus of the SLIIT is situated on a 25 acre site in a serene environment in Malabe overlooking the central hills of the country. Malabe is only 10 km east of Colombo precincts and it is the designated future Cyber City of Sri Lanka.

The Metropolitan Campus of the SLIIT is located at the BoC Merchant Tower at Kollupitiya, Colombo 03. This building is centrally located, very close to the Kollupitiya Junction with readily available public transport service to all directions

The Matara Centre of the SLIIT was established in 2004 and is situated in the heart of Matara City . The Centre admits 100 students for the first year and Second year of the degree programme.
