SLIIT Female Student Housing

SLIIT offers limited residential facilities to female students within the Campus. Five apartments with all facilities, are available to female students of SLIIT, for a reasonable rent.

Each apartment has two twin bedrooms and one single room, two toilets, a living room and a kitchen, accommodating five students. An apartment will have basic furniture. The kitchen will be provided with a refrigerator and a gas cooker. Water and Electricity will be provided free of charge.

Female students may apply to Director Administration once they receive the SLIIT letter of acceptance, in mid November.

Students will be selected on a “first come first served basis” as housing facilities are limited.

Private Accommodations

There are many private residences providing lodging facilities exclusively to Female students and exclusively to Male students located in the byroads and lanes leading up to the main new Kandy road Malabe within a two kilometers radius of the Malabe Campus. There are concentrations of residences accommodating students near the Campus to the West, North and South of the Campus.

Private residences are also rented to student groups.

An Accommodation Information Register maintained at the Campus Reception counter gives the contact numbers and all details of Lodging facilities provided by the owners of the private residences .They welcome inquiries from Parents of students.
