CAREER SUMMARY
Prof. Wasantha Rajapakshe is an experienced academic and researcher with over three decades of teaching, research, and administrative experience in higher education. She currently serves as a professor at SLIIT Business School, Sri Lanka. Her previous academic appointments include senior roles in Saudi Arabia and Thailand, as well as at leading Sri Lankan universities. Prof. Rajapakshe’s teaching and research expertise includes sustainable development, human capital management, organisational behaviour, and public policy.
