Primavera P6 Professional for Project Management

Primavera (P6) Professional Project Planning Software is a Management Information System (MIS) which can be effectively used for preparing project programmes in planning Stage, and for project monitoring and controlling in the execution phase of projects and to make project management decisions.

By learning this planning software, engineers, project planners and the planning team of a project will be able to prepare the detailed project master programmes, by activity listing, sequencing and assigning required leads and lags to the activities in an effective manner. Further, the Primavera (P6) professional planning course will teach how resources are assigned to the project activities, how to generate resource histograms and cash flow graphs by assigning resource costs. In addition, the course will cover, how to update project programmes, comparing to the Baseline programme, and presenting the reports for progress reviews and to make project management decisions. Furthermore, since the course guides how to read project programmes and progress updates compared to Project Baseline, the course is equally important for Project Managers, Architects and professionals who involve in the field of project management and project planning.
