Dr S.A. Kularathne, whose doctoral thesis is on the Bilingual Education implemented in Sri Lankan schools since 2001, is a researcher intersted in issues relating to Teaching English as a Second Language in Sri Lanka. He has presented nearly 15 papers on various dimensions in Bilingual Eduation home and abroad. International Journal of Arts and Sciences (IJAS) and International Perspectives of Bilingiaism , a collection of journal articles ,edited and published by the university of Valleta in Malta carry articles written by him.
