These three highest scoring finalists were selected from 27 students from the semifinal rounds held at Stein Studios Ratmalana in September 2018. The 27 students for the TV rounds were selected from over 1000 school students from preliminary rounds held island-wide in May/June 2018.
Prof. Lalith Gamage -Vice Chancellor/CEO of SLIIT ,Mr. Chanaka Kalansuriya – Director Administration – SLIIT, Uditha Gamage -Director Development & Engineering Services- SLIIT presented the awards to the winners. While the 3 winners received the Prize money they won the Winner’s schools also received cash prizes.
Uditha Gamage -Director Development & Engineering Services- SLIIT, Ms. Asangi Jayasinghe – Senior Manager -Business Development- SLIIT and Mr. Dharashana Wijesinghe – Assistant Director of Education from Ministry of Education were the Panel of Judges at this round. This is an initiative of Business Development Division of SLIIT.
