Inter Institute Swimming Competition organized by APIIT was held on 07thA�December 2014 at N.C.C. Swimming Pool. SLIIT Swimming Team won the fallowing places at this competition.

– 100m Individual Medley 2ndA�Place
– 50m Butterfly 2ndA�Place
– 50m Freestyle 3rdA�Place
– 50m Backstroke 3rdA�Place

Our Civil and Mechanical engineering degrees are recognized by IESL, Sri Lanka. SLIIT is the first Sri Lankan institute to be accredited by the Institution of Engineering & Technology, UK. We've been ranked 8th in Sri Lanka and emerged as the number 1 non-state higher education institution in Sri Lanka.
