SLIIT Academic Affairs together with the Human Capital Management Division conducted a Staff Training Session on “Personal & Professional Development” on 29th March 2024. The Trainers were Mr Pradeep Koholanegedara (Assistant Director – National Dangerous Drug Control Board), Mr Sudara Priyanath and Mr. Supun Udana Wewalagedara.
Nominated Academic Administrative staff of Faculties of Computing, Business, Engineering, Humanities and Sciences, and Graduate Studies as well as nominees from Finance and Business Application Services Divisions took part in day long program.
This training session was mainly focused on improving the inter-departmental cohesion. The session had many interactive activities and the chapter for “Counselling” was interesting to all who attended.
