- Navodya Rajapakse is a lecturer in English, attached to the Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences, Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, Malabe.
- She joined SLIIT in 2015 and has been engaged in various academic activities along with the coordination of many undergraduate modules.
- She has also worked as a University Associate of Faculty of Science and Englineering at Curtin University, Australia.
- She had also been a visiting lecturer and an external examiner at Department of English Language Teaching, University of Kelaniy and University of Colombo for 5 years.
