SLIIT regular refund policy applies up to 30 days after the commencement of the Bridging programme.
Regular Refund Policy
If you wish to withdraw from the programme and obtain a refund of the bridging course fee, a refund request needs to be submitted through an email to chamini.w@sliit.lk
 
Requests submitted;
- 
On or before 9th December 2025 – 90% of the semester fee
 
- 
On or before 2nd January 2026– 50% of the semester fee
 
- 
3rd January 2026 onwards – no refund under regular refund policy for those who exit the programme. Refer 2), 3) for other categories.
 
 
These dates relevant to the refund policy will apply to all registrations without any change even if the registration is completed after the above dates.
After completing the Bridging programme
Applicants not selected to SLIIT to follow the degree programme through the IFSLS.
 Applicants will be offered the below options if not selected for SLIIT due to the capacity limit of IFSLS after completing the Bridging programme.
 
- Enroll with SLIIT as a regular student with Semester Fee payment – bridging programme fee will be transferred to the semester fee
 
- Enroll with the next IFSLS intake – fee transfer to the next intake and refund after enrollment to SLIIT
 
- Exit from the IFSLS – no refund
 
Not passing the Bridging programme
 Applicants who fail the bridging programme - no refund
