One Day Workshop on Microsoft Project

Participants will utilize the Microsoft Project Software as the main tool to manage, track and monitor projects.

This will be a fully-fledged practical workshop that will use real world projects to stimulate the planning, tracking and monitoring aspects.

In Completion a Participation Certificate will be Awarded by Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology

Expected Learning outcomes:

  • Establish company standards for using MS Project
  • Build a Gantt chart with phases, milestones, tasks, and deliverables
  • Fine tune the schedule to help you manage critical deadlines
  • Assign resources to tasks and manage overloads
  • Consolidate multiple projects and examine resource usage across them
  • Create a baseline and track progress on tasks and the project over all
  • Generate and print project reports

The One Day Workshop on Microsoft Project will be conducted in the SLIIT Metropolitan Campus (16th Floor, BoC Merchant Tower, Kollupitiya, Colombo 03).

8 Hours (Saturday – 9 a.m to 5 p.m)

Fee Per Participant: Rs.8,000/- (Lunch & Refreshments will be Provided)
