SLIIT Business School warmly welcomed the new intake of 2024. The faculty had an incredible inauguration ceremony on the 2nd of January 2024 at SLIIT’s main auditorium to welcome our talented and enthusiastic batch of students. It was a momentous occasion filled with joy, inspiration, and the promise of a bright future ahead. This marks the beginning of an exciting chapter in the students’ lives.
The welcome address was delivered by Prof. Suren Peter, the Dean of SLIIT Business School. This was followed by the information sessions delivered by Dr Nisha Jayasuriya (Head of the Department of Business Management), Prof. Ruwan Jayathilaka (Head of the Department of Information Management), and Ms. Colinie Wickramarachchi (Assistant Lecturer – Year 01 Co-ordinator)
