1st and the 3rd year students jointly organised the marketing day under the theme of “Verdant 2019”. It was an assignment worked through by the students as partial fulfilment of the subjects of “Sales Management and Principles of Marketing”. The day was filled with nearly 30 stalls of all kinds of green made products. The day ended up with a drama at SLIIT Auditorium. The market was visited by more than 1500 staff and students.

Our Civil and Mechanical engineering degrees are recognized by IESL, Sri Lanka. SLIIT is the first Sri Lankan institute to be accredited by the Institution of Engineering & Technology, UK. We've been ranked 8th in Sri Lanka and emerged as the number 1 non-state higher education institution in Sri Lanka.
