SLIIT hosted the 4thA�National Conference on Technology and Management (4thA�NCTM) on the 16thA�December, 2014 at the main auditorium, SLIIT Malabe Campus under the conference theme a�?Advances in Technology & management for National Developmenta�?.
Senior Professor Sohan Weerasekara of University of Moratuwa and Senior Professor Opatha Herath of University of Sri Jayawardenepura delivered keynote speeches on a�?Management Researcha�? and a�?Research projects and their significancea�? respectively while Professor Terrence Perera, Assistant Dean, Materials and Engineering Research Institute, Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) a�� UK delivered his keynote on Emerging Research in Logistics and Supply Management.
All researchers who submitted their papers received more than two peer review reports which can be employed to enhance their research work in the future. These proceedings of NCTM consisted 41 research articles which were selected from 150 submissions. At the end of the conference the best paper awards were given as follows.
