With over 15 years of experience in the higher education sector, we at SLIIT are proud to have produced more than 9000 graduates throughout the years. A few days, wea��ve managed to add more to the list.
On the 26th of August we saw 135 of our students graduate at the SLIIT Convocation for August 2016. The ceremony was welcomed with the presence of Dr. Ajit Gunawardene ofA�JOHN KEELLS HOLDINGS PLCA�as the chief guest for the evening.
We are a leading non-state higher education institute approved by the Ministry of Education and the University Grants Commission (UGC). Additionally, we are members of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) and the International Association of Universities (IAU). Our Civil and Mechanical engineering degrees are recognized by IESL, Sri Lanka. SLIIT is the first Sri Lankan institute to be accredited by the Institution of Engineering & Technology, UK. We've been ranked 8th in Sri Lanka and emerged as the number 1 non-state higher education institution in Sri Lanka.
