SLIIT Metro Campus welcomed its new batch of students for the September 2022 intake

SLIIT Metro Campus welcomed its new batch of students for the September 2022 intake on 13th October 2022.
The inauguration ceremony was hosted for the Computing students and their parents. The ceremony was graced by Dr. Nuwan Kodagoda – Associate Dean / Assistant Professor – Faculty of Computing, Mr. Samantha Rajapakshe – Head of the Department of IT / Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Computing, Mrs. Anjalie Mendis – Academic coordinator – Metro campus/student Advisor/ Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Computing, Mr. Dhammika De Silva – Academic Co-coordinator – Metro campus/student Advisor/ Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Computing, Academic and Non-academic staff of SLIIT.
Students were addressed and highlighted on the importance of completing their degree on time to contribute towards society at large. The session was followed by a song from the 1st Year students of SLIIT Metro campus and an interactive session with the students and parents by Mrs. Anjalie Mendis – Academic
coordinator – Metro campus.
