Faculty of Computing Student Community 2023/24 successfully organized the Annual Inter-Faculty Cricket Tournament – SLIIT BASH 2023 on the 11th & 12th of August at SLIIT Grounds. Diving into exhilarating contests of strength and endurance at the SLIIT Inter Faculty Sports Meet 2023 – Swimming Tournament hosted at SLIIT UNI, Malabe on the 10th of August 2023. Strokes cut through the water, records were shattered, and champions surged ahead in this ultimate trial of aquatic prowess.
Maldives won the T20 cricket match against SLIIT, which took place 25th of June at Tyrone Fernando international cricket stadium. Batting first Maldives piled a gigantic 120/6 on the board. In response, SLIIT kept themselves in hunt until the final ball of the match as SLIIT scored 118/7 in their 20 overs.

SLIIT Open Athletics Championship 2022 which was held on the 25th & 26th of April at the SLIIT playground was organized by the Physical education & Sports unit.
