8th Shuttle Buds all island Badminton Championship was held from 13th to 18th December 2019 at SLIIT Indoor Badminton Courts with the 457 participants representing 47 schools and 8 clubs. The age groups for both boys and girls categories included under 11, Under 13 and Under 15. Winners received their prizes at the award ceremony

Congratulation on your achievement Tharusha Chankamie Tharusha Chankamie won the joint Championship in the Women’s category at the Kolonnawa Chess Classics 2019 organized by the Chess Federation of Sri Lanka. The tournament was held from 13th to 17th December 2019 at Sathara Auditorium, Maharagama.
