Career Summary

Ms. Naduni after the completion of her first degree, worked as a management trainee operations at the International Institute of Health Sciences. Since her interest was in academia she joined SLIIT Business School in 2017 as an academic instructor. She completed her MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (University of Sri Jayewardenepura) in 2019 November.  In April 2019 she was promoted as an Assistant Lecturer attached to the Department of Information Management. On the 1st of September 2020, she was appointed as a Lecturer (on tenure track) attached to the Department of Information Management - SLIIT Business School.

Received the outstanding Paper award for paper titled “An Empirical Study on Isomorphism and Stagnation of Employment Opportunities for Female Labor Force in Sri Lanka” in the track of Human Resource Management at 6th Interdisciplinary Conference of Management Researchers (6th ICMR), conducted by Faculty of Management Studies, the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka in association with Emerald Publishing, 17th December 2021.

 

Received the best Paper award for paper titled “An Exploration on Supply Chain Resilience Capabilities of Tea Exporting Companies: Special Reference to Pre Covid-19 and During Covid-19 Pandemic” in the track of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at 12th International Conference on Business and Information - 2021 (ICBI-2021), organized by University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, 11th of November 2021.

 

Received the best paper award for “Sustainable Supply Chain of Sri Lankan Manufacturing Organizations: A study on Operational Excellence Models During the Covid-19 Pandemic”, 23rd Kuala Lumpur International Business Economics and Law online conference, on " Post Covid-19: Future Directions of Business, Economics and Law", organized by the Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL), 27th March 2021.
