Career Summary
Mr. Vishan Jayasinghearachchi is an Information Technology graduate (Specializing in Software Engineering) from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, Sri Lanka. His research areas include Internet of Things, Wireless Sensor Networks, Edge Computing and the practical application of such technologies in the fields of environmental monitoring, wildlife conservation and environmental sustainability.
He started his career in the Software Industry and has worked as a Software Engineer working on Devloper Experience and later Cloud Applications at IFS. Having spent several years in the industry, he later moved to the academia to engage in research work.

B.Sc. (Spec.) (Hons.) in Information Technology Specializing in Software Engineering (Second Class Honours Upper Division), Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, Sri Lanka.
