Career Summary

Sucheru Dissanayake is currently an Assistant Lecturer in English, attached to the English Language Teaching Unit (ELTU), Faculty of Humanities and Sciences. She conducts lectures in the faculties of Engineering, Computing, Humanities and Sciences and SLIIT Business School. She is the module leader of the first year module Introduction to English Language and Grammar of the B. Ed. in English Programme and the modules English Language Skills 1 and 2 of SLIIT Business School. Prior to joining SLIIT, she was an Instructor in English at the ELTU, University of Peradeniya, and a French teacher at Alliance Francaise, Kandy.
