Workshop on Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence also known as emotional quotient or EQ, is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. Emotional intelligence helps you build stronger relationships, succeed at school and work, and achieve your career and personal goals. It can also help you to connect with your feelings, turn intention into action, and make informed decisions about what matters most to you. Psychologists also believes that EQ is equally and even more important than IQ.
The program will give the participants an understanding, reflection of ones self, the concept of emotional intelligence and its benefits. The application of EQ in workplace that will ultimately turn you to be very productive at your workplace, be effective in problem solving and power dynamics, also will give the participants effective ways of adopting to the current situation with emotional fitness.
