RESEARCH CLUSTERS
Regulating Cyber Harassment and AI Liability
This cluster focuses on legal and policy responses to cyber harassment and the challenges of assigning liability for harms caused by artificial intelligence. It examines how current laws address online abuse, such as cyberstalking and image-based violence, and evaluates the effectiveness of liability frameworks for AI-related harm in sectors like healthcare, finance, and online platforms.
