TechBee — HCL’s Early Career Program — is an exclusive job program for individuals seeking full-time jobs after completing A/Ls.
Candidates undergo 12 months of training for entry-level engineering roles. Upon successful completion of training, candidates become full-time HCLTech employees. TechBee is designed to give an early-start advantage to students. After five years, you will have four years of professional IT experience with HCLTech and a degree from a prestigious institution. The Applications for the HCL Early Career Program are called by HCL for the Techbee program during a selected intake. Selection process is conducted by HCL.

Scholarship Details
It’s a full tuition waiver with a monthly stipend for students with the highest national GCE A/L results in their discipline, funded by the Nena Diriya Endowment Fund.
Students achieving 3As in local A/Ls or 3A*/4A* in Cambridge/Edexcel A/Ls in one sitting are eligible, subject to SLIIT’s criteria and availability.
Yes, students with international, national, or provincial-level achievements may apply for sports/extra-curricular scholarships after enrollment by contacting the Manager, Enrollments.
Eligible students under the Ministry of Defense scheme receive a 10% discount for the BBA (Hons) Degree. Applications must be made at enrollment.
A 20% fee concession is available for the third child from the same family registering as an undergraduate, upon request by the student or parent.
