Codefest 2026 Explores the Creative World of Multimedia at Bandaranayake Central College

What does it take to make a video, a song, or a digital poster?

On the 6th of July 2026, Codefest 2026 brought the SLIIT Faculty of Computing to Bandaranayake Central College, Veyangoda to find out — together with over 150 Grade 11 students.

The focus: Use of Multimedia

From images to audio to animation, students got a hands-on look at how digital content is really made — and the creative careers waiting on the other side of it.
