Congratulations Rotaract Club of SLIIT
We’re proud to announce that the Rotaract Club of SLIIT was able to secure the OVERALL 2nd RUNNER-UP at Rotaract Champions League 2020 by securing 763 points! 60+ SLIIT Rotaractors participated in the events and were able to secure several victories and bring glory and pride SLIIT.
• 1500m Mens – 3rd place: Bilal Riza, 100m Mens – 3rd place: Akhila Rathgama
• 400m Mens – 2nd place: Mohamed Abrar
• 100*4 Mens relay – 1st place: Mohamed Abrar , Bilal Riza, Akhila Rathgama and Nimesh Pansilu.
• Tag Rugby men’s – Champions – Nisal Chandula Gunathilake, Senal Ranul Masakkara, Thisum Kanith Palihawadana, E M Buddika M peiris, Hansaka Wageesha Munnipura Fernando, Kemil Senura Premawardana and Tharuka Kaushalya Ellepola.
• Tag Rugby women’s- Second runners up: Duleesha Waidyarathne, Tharindhie V. A. Alles, Limalka Sandali, Senuri Piyathma Wickramasinghe and Perera Supeshala Hasithi Colombathanthri.
• Cricket men’s – Champions: Rumesh Udalagama, Sapumal Jayaweera, Uthpala Chamoda Gamage, Chethiya Anuradha Bandara Samiraja, Malka Madushan Jayawickrama, Dandunnage Dayan Kanchana and Kavishka Maduwantha Hettiarachchi.
