A Workshop and a Motivational session were recently conducted at SLIIT Malabe Campus for the contestants selected for Brain Busters with SLIIT -Season 3 TV rounds. The workshop was conducted by Asangi Jayasinghe Project Chair-Brain Busters with SLIIT/Senior Manager Business Development, SLIIT and a Motivational session was conducted by Prof. Samantha Thelijjagoda, Pro Vice Chancellor-Research & International, SLIIT for students and teachers at SLIIT Malabe Campus.
Over 500O students in island wide schools sat for the SLIIT General Knowledge Tests held in schools and then the best 27 schools were selected for the TV rounds which will be held in Stein Studio, Ratmalana. This Quiz Programme is conducted both in English/Sinhala languages. This TV programme was designed to advance the General Knowledge of our school children, to encourage them to enhance their thinking ability and to encourage them to be innovative.” General Knowledge is tested on Current Affairs, Science & Technology, Art & Literature, History and Geography.
Brain Busters with SLIIT -Season 3 will be telecast from 21st January 2023 onwards on every Saturday on TV1 channel at 6.30 pm.
