a�?Psychology @ Worka�� guest lecture for SLIIT staff members was held on 12th November 2014 at SLIIT Malabe Campus, organized by the Faculty of Business, SLIIT. This Guest Lecture offered a unique opportunity to learn first-hand from a highly experienced Industrial and Occupational Psychologist, the theory and practice behind the development of a high performing team in the modern organization. Guest lecturer for the day was Dr. Chintha Dissanayake (PhD. Founder of Oxford-psychometrics, UK) who is a highly proficient chartered occupational psychologist with over 20 yearsa�� international experience in talent profiling, leadership development and performance management.
