The CODEFEST 2025 Industry Briefing was held on April 25 at Curtin Colombo, uniting past and prospective industry partners to explore avenues for collaboration. Organized for the 14th consecutive year by the Faculty of Computing at SLIIT, CODEFEST has established itself as Sri Lanka’s premier national technology competition, empowering students to tackle real-world challenges through coding, creativity, and teamwork.
With the backing of the Ministry of Education and prominent industry stakeholders, CODEFEST 2025 is set to engage over 5,000 participants from schools and universities across the country.
As the event moves toward its Grand Finale on September 4, 2025, the continued support from industry and academic partners underscores its pivotal role in driving innovation and strengthening ties between academia and industry.
