Prof. Mahesha Kapurubandara receiving ICT woman of the Year 2016

Prof. Mahesha Kapurubandara, Dean International of SLIIT receiving the Female ICT Leader of the Year 2016 awarded byA�Computer Society of Sri LankaA�(CSSL). She is also the first female in Sri Lanka to receive a professorship for Information Communication Technology (ICT).A�Prof. KapurubandaraA�earned her PhD at theA�University of Western Sydney (UWS), Australia. Prior to joining SLIIT as a Dean she has served as a visiting professor at University of Uppsala, Sweden, and lecturer at University of Western Sydney, Australia. She is also an adjunct research fellow at UWS.
