Year Three, BBA Special (Hons) (Human Capital Management Specialization) undergraduates visited Fonterra Company at Biyagama on 17th July 2014. BBA Special (Hons) degree program at SLIIT encourages students to visit various companies to understand their current business processes and practices in order to generate a report which is a partial requirement for them to pass the module. This is an initiative taken by the lecturer-in-charge to expose students to the industry to get them practical experiences. This was organized by Mr. Thomasena Kumbalathara Arachchige, who is the visiting lecturer for Business Management 3rd year (HCM Specialization) module, Contemporary Issues in Human Capital Management.
