As part of the Pre-Orientation Programme for the new intake , the Faculty of Humanities and Sciences successfully conducted the “Model Glider Design Competition”. This initiative was designed to encourage students to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and approach problem-solving with confidence—key skills in their journey to becoming smart, future-ready graduates. Before the competition, students had the opportunity to attend an informative session conducted by Dr. Malitha Wijsundara, Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences, who provided valuable guidance and insights to help them approach the challenge with clarity and confidence.
The event saw enthusiastic participation and showcased the innovative spirit of our students.
