SLIIT shuttlers have once again claimed the championship title at the APIIT Extravaganza 2024, showcasing their strength on the court.
SLIIT emerged as the top team in Group A, advancing to the quarterfinals where they faced NSBM. In a thrilling match, SLIIT secured a 3-2 victory, propelling them to the semifinals. There, they battled against USJ, achieving another 3-2 win to reach the finals. In the final showdown against KDU, SLIIT delivered a decisive 3-1 victory, roaring to the championship title. The tournament took place on 25th August 2024, at the MBA Courts in Colombo 07.
