Congratulations to our talented 3rd year Electrical and Electronics Engineering students from the SLIIT – Faculty of Engineering Malabe, Sri Lanka – Chenuka Bogahawatte, Rashmika Dilshan, and Nisuni Sineja on winning the 1st Runner-Up position at the Codesprint 8 competition, organized by the IEEE IIT Student Branch!
Their innovative, compact, portable energy meter, designed for real-time energy monitoring with easy connectivity to any device, stood out among over 500 university teams across the country. This advanced device operates independently of the main grid and offers seamless web-based access via mobile or laptop, making energy management effortless for users.
Hats off to this remarkable achievement by our EEE students, who represented SLIIT and showcased the power of engineering innovation.
