The initial selection rounds of VogueFest 2024, the inaugural fashion show organized by SLIIT Business School, took place on June 1, 2024, at the SLIIT premises, Malabe. This landmark event attracted over 100 contestants competing in both designer and female/male model categories. The esteemed judging panel for the models featured Ms. Rozanne Diasz, Ms. Nilmini Tennakoon, Mr. Amila Karunanayake, and Mr. Meesha Gunawardana, while the designers were assessed by Ms. Gayani Batz, Ms. Ridma Samaranayake, and Ms. Ruchira Karunaratne. From this talented pool, 10 designers, 10 female models, and 10 male models were selected to advance to the grand finale. The event was graced by the presence of Prof. Suren Peter, Dean of SLIIT Business School, and Prof. Nisha Jayasuriya, Head of the Business Management Department.
