It is with great pleasure we announce that VisCon Fully Functional Gesture Controlling System – a computer vision-based gesture-controlling system that allows users to control a computer using hand, head, and eye movements and gestures from Faculty of Computing – SLIIT, which was supervised by Ms. Namalie Walgampaya | Co-Supervisor: Dr. Dharshana Kasthurirathne along with the students: Vikumsri Ambegoda, Sanduni Wanigasekara, Tharkana Indrahenaka and Aloki Bandara has bagged as the 01st Runner Up at International ICT Innovative Services Awards (InnoServe Awards) 2022 Asia Pacific Exchange (English group).

International ICT Innovative Services Awards (InnoServe Awards) is an annual ICT application competition held for university and college students. organized by Industrial Development Bureau of Ministry of Economic Affairs, Computer Center of Ministry of Education, Chinese Society for Information Management.
