Faculty of Computing Student Community 2023/24 successfully organized the Annual Inter-Faculty Cricket Tournament – SLIIT BASH 2023 on the 11th & 12th of August at SLIIT Grounds.
Tournament concluded with the participation of 52 Teams representing all Faculties recording the highest number of teams participated in the SLIIT BASH history. Team Spartans & Team Outlaw squad emerged as Champions & Runner-up.

Additionally, we are members of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) and the International Association of Universities (IAU). Our Civil and Mechanical engineering degrees are recognized by IESL, Sri Lanka. SLIIT is the first Sri Lankan institute to be accredited by the Institution of Engineering & Technology, UK. We've been ranked 8th in Sri Lanka and emerged as the number 1 non-state higher education institution in Sri Lanka.
