Information Systems Engineering students from SLIIT faculty of computing recently participated for a workshop on Information Storage Management at Pearson Lanka Private Limited. Workshops mainly focused on advanced storage management systems and modern tools and techniques used in the industry today. Workshop organizers conducted simulations and shared their industry experiences with students. Further students had interactive session with organizers to discuss the job opportunities in the subject areas and upcoming IT trends in advance information storage systems. This was organized by department of Information Systems Engineering under the module of Information Storage and Management
