SLIIT SoftSkills+

Softskills+ is an ongoing initiative by the SLIIT Business School, designed to equip students with essential soft skills through a series of engaging events. The program includes an interschool quiz competition and a hands-on workshop that focuses on teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking.

Targeting students from grades 11 to 13 in Commerce streams across State, Private, and international schools, Softskills+ encourages the development of skills often overlooked in traditional education. By fostering collaboration and innovation, the program aims to prepare the next generation for the dynamic and evolving demands of the modern workplace.
