SLIIT had the privilege of hosting an enriching leadership training workshop for the esteemed Prefect Guild of Sirimavo Bandaranayake Vidyalaya. We were honored to onboard Prof. Samantha Thelijjagoda, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research & International) of SLIIT, as the distinguished resource person.
The workshop explored essential topics such as responsibility & accountability, fostering a CEO mindset, the art of mind mapping, and the significance of effective teamwork. It was a remarkable opportunity to equip these young leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Anjalie Gamage, Senior Lecturer of SLIIT, as well as a former Head Prefect of Sirimavo Bandaranayaka Vidyalaya, for her smooth coordination. Also, our thank goes out to the college officials for the support given to make this event a success. Together, we are confident that the Prefect Guild of Sirimavo Bandaranayake Vidyalaya will profoundly impact their school and beyond.
