“A field visit to INSEE/Siam City Cement Plant in Puttalam was organized by SLIIT Business School on 06th September 2018 for year one undergraduates. This was organized to give students insights of the practical aspects of #Human #Resource #Management. The resource person for the day was Mr. Prathap Hasitha, well experienced HR officer at Siam City Cement (Lanka) Ltd. The visit was very successful where students experienced the real life manufacturing plant and gained knowledge on the various aspects in the field of Human Resource Management .The academic staff of the Department and year one undergraduates attended this event”.
